The 1838 Premium Reserve is a wine made to acknowledge the first German immigrants’ arrival into South Australia. 1838 was the year the settlement was established.
German immigrants were largely responsible for the establishment of the South Australian wine industry, settling in areas such as McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills and the Barossa Valley.
Spectacular fruit is selected from premium growers in the McLaren Vale region of South Australia to produce 1838 Premium Reserve.
This wine is made by multi-trophy and gold medal winning winemakers.

COLONIAL estate MUNGO PARK
The Colonial Estate Mungo Park Single Vineyard Old Vine Shiraz is from the sub region of the Barossa that is the home of ‘Grange’.
Mungo Park was an 18th century Scotsman who explored the land in Nigeria, West Africa.
Mungo Park comes from our single vineyard series that owes its existence to the many great blocks of old vine Shiraz that have remained since the early settlers arrived.
The Mungo Park vineyard is found in one of the coolest climate sections of the Northern Barossa Valley. The vines are 80 year old gnarled Shiraz.
Mungo Park has won 15 GOLD, 12 SILVER, 11 BRONZE Awards including the Chine Wine and Spirits Awards.

BYLINES SHIRAZ
Songlines Bylines is expertly hand-made from some of the best vineyards across Australia’s premium viticultural regions.
The batches selected for the Songlines Bylines Range are those that will show a more generous flavour earlier in its life. Rigorous care and attention is taken in the wine making process to ensure a unique wine every time.
The grapes come from vineyard blocks not far from those that go into Songlines Shiraz with the fruit specifically hand chosen for its approachability as a young wine. The wine is matured for 12 months in French barrels to provide softer, rounder oak character.
94 Point Premium McLaren Vale Shiraz comes from vines up to 80 years old.
Bylines Shiraz is a multiple Gold medal winning wine
This label has won many other national & international awards including 25 GOLD medals and 53 medals in total.

NORMANS OLD VINE SHIRAZ
Normans Wines is one of the oldest and most respected family names in Australian wine making and one of Australia’s founding winemakers. Since 1853, when Jesse Norman planted his first vines in Adelaide, Normans Wines has developed a reputation for premium award winning Australian wines.
As the name suggests, 'Old Vine' Shiraz is sourced from some of Australia's oldest, low yielding vines and matured in old oak barrels. Fruit is sourced from sites in McLaren Vale from vines aged from 35-80 years of age, creating wines that are rich and intensely concentrated.

NORMANS OLD VINE cabernet sauvignon
This blend is sourced from vineyards in the McLaren Vale region showcases Cabernet Sauvignon in all its varietal glory. Fruit is sourced from two vineyards located at the southern end of McLaren Vale from old vines aged up to 64 years of age.
The fruit flavours of dark red berry and plum fill the mid palate whilst soft tannins go well with the elegant under lying taste of oak to make this a very easy drinking Cabernet with great depth and complexity.

The Holbrooks Road Range takes its name from the road where the original Normans Winery stood surrounded by some of the first vines planted in Australia. The Winery was established in 1853 and is one of the oldest producers in Australia.

This Chandlers Hill Chardonnay is bursting with tropical fruit notes.
A fruit driven style wine with lovely ripe stone fruit intensity. Tropical fruits dominate while some stone fruit provides good depth and natural acidity gives a refreshing kick to this delicious Chardonnay.
This wine is made to drink upon release whilst the fruit flavour is at its most fresh and vibrant.


NORMANS HERITAGE SERIES CHARDONNAY
This Chardonnay is pale yellow in colour with subtle notes of lemon curd and complement delicate aromatics of grapefruit and nectarine.
A fresh and elegant wine with pure fruit flavours of nectarine enhanced by crisp citrus acidity and a long, dry finish. Selected parcels of fruit were sourced from the iconic cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills for this limited edition wine.

Chardonnay fruit from selected Langhorne Creek vineyards were used in this blend and it gives the wine length and structure. The palate is fresh and vibrant with flavours of melon and pineapple and a long finish. This Chardonnay is a great match for seafood dishes.
Wine is medium straw in colour with complex aromas. Fruit driven style wine with lovely stone fruit ripe intensity with some underlying freshly cut grass aromas.

This White label Chardonnay is light straw to pale green in colour. Fruit bursts from the glass with melon, pear and apple all obvious.
Full flavoured reflecting characters on the nose perfectly with melon, pear and apple all showcased. There are significant length and roundness of fruit flavour whilst the wine finishes with a soft yet crisp hit of acidity.
