Winemaker's Notes

Colour: Vivid magenta pink with a ruby hue.

Bouquet: Early picked raspberries and strawberries.

Palate: A refreshing palate of strawberries and cream, soft and rounded with a delicate yet lingering finish.

Cellaring Potential: Made to drink upon release while the fruit flavours are at their most vibrant and fresh.

Winemaking Details: Once the grapes reached their optimum maturity level they were harvested in the cool of the night and promptly delivered to the winery. Once fermentation was completed, the blend was put to together to ensure consistency across the wine. It was then filtered and bottled under screw cap to preserve the aromatic fruit compounds.
